Hello – I need to edit the content of the e-mail that I receive with the new order. I have to change 2 things:
– prices are now without tax – I have to change the prices to be tax included

– can there be a product category next to the product name in the email?

Hi there,

For taxes, you could change your tax settings found under WP Admin > WooCommerce > Settings > Tax > Tax options > Select – Yes, I will enter prices inclusive of tax — This will also affect the prices shown on emails.

In terms of adding extra content like the category name, it would required additional custom coding in the form of a template override in a child them. For more information on how that works, have a look at the following guides:

the situation is very strange – I have everything set with the tax (attachment). prices in the store are tax-free, the prices in the customer’s order include tax, the e-mail to the customer also includes tax … and the e-mail with the order goes to me without tax
