# Edit profile button

 * Hi!
    The button to edit the user profile does not work. When I click, it does
   not open the window (Edit profile, My account, logout…). Will you help me, please?

 * Have you tried to test this using different user roles?
    Please do a quick conflict
   test so we can rule out any conflicts with your theme or one of your plugins 
   and see if this issue goes away. Here is the [doc on how to do a conflict test](https://docs.ultimatemember.com/article/96-how-to-do-a-plugin-theme-conflict-test)
   if you are not sure how to do it.

 * I’ve done the test you say.
    I have inserted the shortcode of sending tickets
   inside the “user” page of ultimate members. If there is your shortcode this ultimate
   member button does not work. If I remove the shortcode the button works.
