# Edit Profile Link Missing

 * The menu option to edit profile is missing. The dropdown has the options My Account,
   Logout and Cancel. I’m not shown the option to edit profile. Is there a setting
   somewhere that I’m missing?

 * THis happened to me today…
 * Go to Ultimate Member > User Roles > Select the User Role you assigned > Can 
   edit their profile? *Check mark this box.
 * That will put the “edit profile” option back in there. If your user has more 
   than one role assigned to it like mine does and where I had the issue which took
   me about 30 mins to figure out.. make sure all roles assigned to the user all
   allow for editing their profile otherwise it will cause a glitch and not allow
   it.
