# Edit number of shortcode

 * Hey there,
    does anybody know whether it is possible to edit the number of a 
   shortcode? I deleted mine with the no. 1. I set a new one up, but the new one
   has the no. 3. How can I edit that? Thank you very much for your help!

 * Each time you create a new form, the ID is incremented. You can’t edit the ID
   of the form without going into the database directly, and I wouldn’t recommend
   that.
 * Why do you want to edit it? There might be another solution here.
