Hello, I was wondering if it is possible to edit the ‘Tax’ label as I would like to rename it ‘Surcharge’ instead.

Hi,

We have a new feature. You can actually download the Custom Messages Addon (which is free) and then edit it from there. Edit the ‘Tax’ field to be able to rename.
