# Edit user data

 * I am trying to edit user entered data in the Custom Fields — Client name to correct
   an error. I edit the name and click update but the change is not saved. How can
   I do this?

 * I was unable to replicate the same issue on my end, could you please install 
   this plugin: [https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/](https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/)?
   
   After you install and activate the above plugin it has a Troubleshooting mode
   which allows you to have a vanilla WordPress session, where all plugins are disabled,
   and a default theme is used, but only for your user – your visitors will still
   see the normal website.
 * Go to its troubleshoot mode and only activate this plugin and see if the same
   happens with the theme and no other plugins.
 * Please let me know how it goes and what you find!
