 * Are the notifications texts, such as the User Notifications (Notify Ad owner 
   when the Ad is enabled) editable?

 * Hi John,
 * All of our email notification templates are available under Classifieds->Settings,
   Email tab. You should be able to edit any of them and add your own text to them.
   We will insert the listing links as appropriate, depending on the email going
   out.
