 * Hi,
    thanks for this helpful plugin. Thumbs up!
 * I found out that the slug is changing. Is there a solution for this, please?:

   1. I change the slug at settings to “info”, which is showing up here correctly:
   [http://flatrate-finder.com/info/](http://flatrate-finder.com/info/) 2. When
   going to “Flatrate-Arten” I get this url: [http://flatrate-finder.com/knowledgebase_category/arten/](http://flatrate-finder.com/knowledgebase_category/arten/).
   3. When I pick an article, I get this url: [http://flatrate-finder.com/info/vollflat/](http://flatrate-finder.com/info/vollflat/)
 * This looks a bit confusing: starting from /INFO, it jumps to /knowledgebase_category/
   and than jumps back to INFO/…
 * How can I make /info/ stay?
 * I checked the 4 demo´s. They appear to have the same behavior.
 * Thanks.

 * I’m not the author of the plugin, but I’ve ben digging through the code and customizing
   for a few weeks now, so I’m answering from experience…
 * Unfortunately, that’s the way the hierarchy is designed. Because you’re searching(
   looking) at the category “Flatrate-Arten” it will display as knowledgebase_category/((
   your category slug))
 * Once an article is selected, it is displayed WITHOUT the category in the URL.
   I don’t know why it’s built like that, but it doesn’t hurt the article or how
   to search for them. It’s actually better for SEO this way, but I can understand
   your frustration.

 * Thanks Blake for your nice note.
    The plugin works smoothly that´s why I stay
   with it for now. However the author is not that helpful with 0 response, which
   is not promising. I hardly can tick it as resolved.

 * I can’t help you there. I received some help a few weeks ago, but then it stopped.
   No worries, we’ll keep digging and coming up solutions as a group.
 * If I find a solution, I’ll let you know!
