# Editing a Published Future Post

 * Firstly thank you for the great plug in.
 * I’m trying to edit a future dated post that’s already been published – however,
   when I do this, the post becomes scheduled again instead of stying published.
 * Is there any way to change this behaviour where editing a future published post
   keeps it published?

 * Yes, you can do it by using Classic Editor.
    Currently, we have the option that
   publishes your post with a future date on the Classic Editor. You can check this
   [screenshot](https://d.pr/i/ddhFGI).
 * We have a plan to add the same option on the Gutenberg editor as well. Hopefully,
   we will add this feature to our upcoming few releases.
