 * Is there any way to edit submitted application? We are using this plugin as our
   internal database. So when someone from HR add an application and make a mistake
   at, let’s say, phone number, he has to delete it and sumbit it again.

 * Not at present however you can have them make a Note of the change in the Application
   Comments Section.
