# Editing comments / code in bbpress shows shortcode only…

 * Afternoon,
 * I am not 100% sure when this bug took effect but when “Editing” a comment within
   bbpress front-end, the code implemented by Crayon shows a shortcode instead of
   the code implementation itself. This is the shortcode that displays once you 
   click edit: **[crayon-583f0cf3e1a83095672004/]**
 * Now because of this, the user is not able to quickly edit their code within the
   answer without having to remove the shortcode and adding a new Crayon. Previously,
   users were able to edit what ever code they provided within their questions /
   answers with ease.
