# Editing difficult

 * Since the latest update of the Timely calendar, it is no longer possible to edit
   event categories for color or image, nor is it possible to change the master 
   settings of the calendar.

   same issue and have posted multiple posts to the forums and received ZERO response
   from time.ly or its moderators.
    The support forums are frustrating because they
   exist but most of the time you do not really even get the support you need. [@paul](https://wordpress.org/support/users/paul/)
   Taylor, try switching themes temporarily and see if it works again. The calendar
   is famous for theme conflicts but they don’t tell you why or how to resolve them
   other than use a different theme if the couple of work around steps do not work..
   which is not supportive or helpful.

 * On our forums paid users receive priority support, or at least that’s the priority,
   but if there are too many issue things can get long. For non paying users we 
   give support here on WordPress and as you can see, everybody got a answer, usually
   in much less than 24 h

   user, and it shouldn’t require multiple posts and weeks of inoperability to get
   a response, especially as a paid user.
 * I have disabled all caching utilities and verified I do not have memcache activated,
   as well the problem doesn’t exist if I switch to the 2015 or 2014 theme; which
   I can’t do for my site and this was one of my latest posts but received no response.
