 * On the assumption you have folder/file permissions (CHMOD: 666 or 644 depending
   on your hosting provider) you go to:
 * Admin >> Presentation >> Theme Editor >>
 * A list of files (templates) will present on the right hand side of the page on
   the basis of your “current” theme.
 * There, you can edit whatever html you like.

    Just don’t forget to change the permissions after you are done! Usually,
   everybody forgets that part – leaving their blog absolutely open for any hacker
   out there!
 * That’s why I never advise editing the template files online: too much risk. Just
   edit in the traditional way – opening them in your favorite plain text editor
   and uploading them via FTP.

 * so it doesn’t matter that the files are css rather than html?
