 * I would like to know if it is possible to work on the html css javascript or 
   php code with this plugin. i have to edit the theme code but with the free version
   i can not do this. is it possible with the personal plan?

 * WP STAGING plugin will create an exact copy of your live site as a staging site,
   you should be able to do whatever you like on this staging site.
 * You can modify the files of your theme via FTP, you should find the staging site’s
   folder under the root directory of your main site.
