Editing the Login drop down menu

I am working on the Robojob Premium theme. I just need to edit the login drop down menu so the links work.
This menu does not come up on the customiser so I am assuming I will have to use a custom CSS.
I have tried changing the HTML using the inspect and edit element options – but the changes do not save.

I would like some advice on this as these are the pages that bring me the revenue from my site so they have to work!
