# Editor Insert Shortcode button disappears when CRED active`

 * Hi.
 * There seems to be a conflict where the Insert Shortcode button is no longer available
   when CRED is activated, part of the fantastic Toolkit [http://wp-types.com/](http://wp-types.com/)
 * The shortcodes still appear to work, it’s just the button’s not available.
 * I’ve also disable the Custom Formatting option but no luck.
 * I’ll wait to hear your views first before posting something on Toolkit’s forum.

 * unfortunately, at the moment I do not have free time to check it out. I think
   that the problem is most likely in the version of jQuery. Can you show me the
   screenshot of javascript console?
