 * First up, this is a good ticket support plugin. However, testing this locally
on my computer, I noticed something that is actually a very important feature
   to have…
 * To provide support for my theme users, there are many occasions they, or myself,
will need to copy and paste source code, either CSS, HTML, or even PHP. The problem
I discovered is that there is no option to select the code and apply the `pre`
or `code` tags. A good example is the editor for this support forum which includes
a button “**code**” for doing just that.
 * Any chance you can add this to the next update? Especially when inserting source
code, it helps prevent the code from being processed, not displaying correctly
as true code, and of course, security reasons.
