    There’s 
   an issue with your JS plugin for tinyMCE. There is an undefined variable (**wd_cat_plugin_url**)
   in `wp-content/plugins/catalog/js/editor_plugin.js` on line 19. There is a conflict
   with one of our themes that uses tinyMCE in the customizer.

 * We are sorry for the inconvenience.
 * Could you please try the following:
 * 1. Please copy the site URL and add after it **wp-content/plugins/catalog**,
   
   2. Afterward please copy the whole(site URL +wp-content/plugins/catalog) 2. With
   FTP please go to the /wp-content/plugins/catalog/js/editor_plugin.js file, search
   for _wd\_cat\_plugin\_url_ and add the copied URL here. Please see the steps
