Editor Menu not working

The menu that appear when you are ready to write your blog is not working. The link, image, bold, etc. None of the menu buttons work. I can not create a link or insert a picture or bold or anything. Please help! The Code window also does not switch over to “code” mode. It still shows the visual editor. Any body else experiencing this problem.
