# Editor Problem

 * My paid Contact Form DB Editor plugin is now getting deactivated with the message:
 * Error: plugin “Contact Form to DB Extension Edit” requires that plugin “Contact
   Form to DB Extension” to be installed and activated.
 * I have the most current version of Contact Form DB from GitHub (2.10.36) as well
   as the most current version of the editor I’m aware of (1.5.1).
 * Any ideas?

 * Try uninstalling CFDB and re-install from a download from [https://github.com/mdsimpson/contact-form-7-to-database-extension/releases](https://github.com/mdsimpson/contact-form-7-to-database-extension/releases)
 * If you downloaded it from the main GitHub page, it puts the plugin in a directory
   of a different name then the editor cannot see it.

 * Never would have thought of that! Thanks for the quick response and easy fix.
