# Editor Role Problem

 * Hi,
 * We have a problem with the “editor” role on our website, he can’t view the Visual
   Editor Buttons, and can’t even click on the HTML Editor or nor write on both 
   writing options. Any solution on how to fix this?
 * One thing, this problem only comes with the existing one(account), when we are
   creating new account with “Editor Role” all are working, we can create another
   account for him, but we want to solve the issue for future used.

 * You need to click the link in the big yellow box at the top. It looks like you’ve
   accidentally hidden all the buttons by setting up that plugin wrong. If you don’t
   know what the plugin does, get rid of it!
