Editor Stuck in 'Visual' Mode

    My visual editor is stuck in ‘Visual’ mode when editing a page or post.

    I did the usual ‘dedicative each plugin and test’ and when I deactivated the ‘NextGEN Gallery by Photocrati’ (Version 2.0.57) and went back and tested the issue had gone.

    Anyone else having this issue? Any news / ideas on how to resolve this.

    I am using WordPress Version 3.8.1.

    @enzobanzai – Do you see this if you temporarily change to a default WordPress Twenty series theme?

    Hi.

    Thanks for the reply.

    Yes I just tested this by temporarily switching to the Twenty Fourteen theme and still I cannot go into ‘Text’ view by clicking on the ‘Text’ tab.
