    Great product. We liked the Editor, too, until…
 * Following CFDB update, editor update also required. But the form provided for
   that purpose does not accept the email address that’s tied into the license (
   valid.
 * No response so far to the email we sent yesterday. Please advise ASAP, or provide
   other means of communication – all we have is the email with which the license/
   download link was confirmed initially.
