 * First off Great plugin!
 * The only surprise was seeing that within the block-editor, the video embed is
   using the youtube.com instead of youtube-nocookie.com.

 * I’m glad you like the plugin. 🙂
 * Regarding the URL on the editor, it’s like that by design. So the URL on the 
   editor does not change the domain, that way you can copy/paste the Youtube URL
   directly, and the change to youtube-nocookie.com domain it’s only done in the
   frontend (where the visitors will see it).
