Editor wont edit (header.php)

Hello,

I recently installed a new custom template. For some reason the Editor will not write one file, header.php. The weird thing there is no error. It says it is written successfully and editor is storing the changes. However when I check the site and check the actual file the changes are not actually written.

Any ideas? I am hoping that someone has experienced this before…
