ElasticPress Integration

Hey guys,

I am using the directory plugin to search just over 2000 listings and on certain search terms I’m experiencing delays of over 30 seconds to load search results.

I have enabled high performance search options in the settings but the hanging persists.

While upgrading my hosting environment may ultimately be the best solution, I do have the ElasticPress plugin installed and configured so I am wondering if it is possible to integrate it with the search queries.

I have attempted to do so in the queries under business-directory-plugin > includes > views > search.php with no success.

Is this the main search query? If not can you point me to where it would be?
