    Dear Customer Service,
    For several months, the electronic invoicing plugin for Aruba Italia’s subscription service has been conflicting with PayPal and credit card payment methods.

    I contacted support for the electronic invoicing plugin, but after 12 days, I haven’t received a response.
    I would like to know if you have any solutions to this problem. The electronic invoicing plugin automatically issues the invoice as soon as the customer pays with one of the two payment methods, but this process is interrupted: the payment is processed, but the invoice is not issued.

    Thank you for reaching out. I understand how having multiple payment methods that conflict can be frustrating and concerning when trying to resolve issues.

    From your explanation, it appears that you have two or three plugins involved: your electronic invoicing plugin, PayPal plugin, and a card payment method plugin, which may either come with the PayPal plugin or be from another source.

    Since these are all third-party plugins, the best way to resolve this is to contact the support for each plugin directly. You can do this via the ww.wp.xz.cn plugin page by clicking on the “Support” tab, which will take you to the dedicated support forum for that plugin.

    The WooCommerce forum focuses on core WooCommerce issues, so your request falls outside the scope of support provided here.

    Could you let me know which plugins you’re using so I can point you to the most appropriate support channels?
