Dear Customer Service,
For several months, the electronic invoicing plugin for Aruba Italia’s subscription service has been conflicting with PayPal and credit card payment methods.I contacted support for the electronic invoicing plugin, but after 12 days, I haven’t received a response.
I would like to know if you have any solutions to this problem. The electronic invoicing plugin automatically issues the invoice as soon as the customer pays with one of the two payment methods, but this process is interrupted: the payment is processed, but the invoice is not issued.I look forward to your prompt response.
