Hi,

I installed Elegant Popup Subscription and part popup is cut in the bottom . I can not find where this problem.

I have changed for a miniature size, but I can’t check if it is ok because the popup appeared only 1 per day.

Hi,

You can check the preview of the subscription popup in Google Chrome’s incognito mode (ctrl + shift + N). Or by clearing the cookie.

I can’t see popup after configure it.

What is issue can you please let me know.
also I can’t upload logo image in backend.
