# Element Pro editing error with ElementsKit

 * Good morning, WP Support Lords, I have some concerns about some bugs presented
   by my website which is done in WordPress.
    One of the errors presented is that
   it does not load the menu to edit element pro, I think it is by two plugin that
   I have called ElementsKit 1.2.7 and ElementsKit Lite version 2.0.6. I’m saying
   this because I have to disable ElementsKit to load the Elementor Pro editing 
   menu. Once the changes are made by disabling the plugin to use Elementor Pro,
   re-reactivate the ElementsKit plugin. The ElementsKit installed on my worpress
   is with a license activated, but I see that there is an ElementsKit Pro, which
   I do not know if my ElementsKit as it is licensed, should be upgraded to pro.

 * Loading issue due to your server PHP settings. Increase your server PHP memory
   limit from the wp-config.php file or php.ini file. If you don’t have an idea 
   about it. Please contact your hosting provider and ask to increase
    * PHP memory_limit
   = 512M * max_execution_time = 300

 * Good morning, WP Support Gentlemen, make the modification of the php.ini file
   with the following information:
    # END WordPress
 * memory_limit = 256M
    upload_max_size = 64M post_max_size = 64M upload_max_filesize
   = 64M max_execution_time = 300 max_input_time = 1000
 * It doesn’t work yet, the elementor pro editor is still frozen, I would like to
   know if it is suddenly in another php.ini file or could something else be done?

 * The loading issue could happen for other reasons also. Like another third party
   plugin or theme issue. But we can’t say the exact issue without checking your
   site properly.
