# Elementor Bug: Progress Tracker

 * Hi there,
 * In the new Elementor version, there is a Progress Tracker widget i use for my
   site: lederhaandbog.nutestervibareligeokay.dk
 * It runs smoothly on desktop, but when viewed on mobile, it’s very laggy and inconsistent.
   Upon trying to deactivate plugins, I discovered that the problem was found with
   your plugin.
 * Will you please try and fix this? Should you need any help from the Elementor
   team to resolve the issue, you can open an issue on Elementors Github account

 * I only see a menu on [http://lederhaandbog.nutestervibareligeokay.dk/](http://lederhaandbog.nutestervibareligeokay.dk/),
   is the widget on another page? Also, can you send me a screenshot of that widget
   or give me an ID or Class so I’m sure what to look for? 😊

 * We tested on multiple devices (iPhone and Android) but could not see any issues.
   Is it still happening? Maybe it was something temporary.

 * Hi. I’m sorry, the plugin has been deactivated, which is why it has been working
   for you. I have now activated the plugin again – please go ahead and try once
   more.
