# elementor – cannot load preview – internal server error 500

 * i have installed polylang, my website originally on Hebrew language.
    i added
   English, when i going pages, clicking the + icon to translate a page to english,
   and then when i click edit with elementor, it get this message: cannot load preview–
   internal server error 500 [https://prnt.sc/uou2xh](https://prnt.sc/uou2xh)
 * server is using php 7.3
    265mb it’s not a front page permalinks is: Post name
   polylang settings: [https://prnt.sc/uoud79](https://prnt.sc/uoud79) link to the
   page: [http://genio.co.il/en/about/](http://genio.co.il/en/about/) what can cause
   the issue?
