 * Whenever I’m trying to edit any of my elementor pages, and starting the editing
   process. After some time of editing, the screen crashes, showing “Tab crashed,
   Maybe reload the page?”. And this is happening every time I’m trying to edit
   the page. Please help me.

 * Hi [@snehasishkonger01](https://wordpress.org/support/users/snehasishkonger01/),
 * Thank you for providing the video. From what I observed, the error appears to
   be related to either the browser or the computer’s resources. In my experience,
   such issues often stem from the browser or the computer’s memory not being able
   to handle the task.
 * I recommend trying to edit your website on a different computer. Avoid using
   a tablet for this purpose as well.
 * I hope this helps. If you need further assistance, please let me know.
 * Kind regards,

 * Thanks for the reply, but
    1. I’m using Chrome
    2. I’m using Mac
 * So in both case, this shouldn’t happen.

 * Hi there,
 * Thank you for contacting us.
 * The “Tab crashed, Maybe reload the page?” issue on your site could be caused
   by several factors, such as browser memory limitations, conflicts with other
   plugins, or even server resource limitations. Here are some recommendations to
   troubleshoot and resolve this issue:
 * 1. **Increase Browser Memory:**
    - **Close Unnecessary Tabs:** Having multiple tabs open can consume significant
      memory. Close any that aren’t needed.
    - **Clear Browser Cache:** Clearing your cache can free up memory.
    - **Use a Different Browser:** Try using a different browser or the latest version
      of your current browser to see if the issue persists.
 * 2. **Check Server Resources:**
    - **Increase PHP Memory Limit:** Ensure your server’s PHP memory limit is set
      to at least 256MB, but 512MB is recommended for heavy Elementor usage.
    - **Upgrade Hosting Plan:** If you’re on a shared hosting plan, consider upgrading
      to a plan with more resources (e.g., VPS or dedicated hosting).
 * 3. **Disable Conflicting Plugins:**
    - **Deactivate All Plugins Except Elementor:** Temporarily deactivate all other
      plugins and see if the issue persists. If it doesn’t, reactivate the plugins
      one by one to identify any conflicts.
 * 4. **Update Elementor and WordPress:**
    - **Ensure Elementor, Elementor Pro, and WordPress are Up-to-Date:** Outdated
      versions can cause compatibility issues, so make sure everything is updated.
 * 5. **Browser Extensions:**
    - **Disable Browser Extensions:** Some extensions, especially ad blockers or
      security extensions, can interfere with Elementor. Disable them and try again.
 * 6. **Check for JavaScript Errors:**
    - **Use Developer Tools:** Open your browser’s developer tools (usually by pressing
      F12 or right-clicking on the page and selecting “Inspect”) and go to the “
      Console” tab. Look for any JavaScript errors that appear when the crash happens.
      This can give clues about the source of the problem.
 * 7. **Check for Large Files or Heavy Widgets:**
    - **Simplify the Page Content:** If the page has many large images, videos,
      or heavy widgets, try simplifying the content or breaking the page into smaller
      sections to reduce the load.
 * 8. **Test in Incognito Mode:**
    - **Incognito Mode:** Try editing the page in your browser’s incognito or private
      mode. This can help determine if browser extensions or cached data are causing
      the issue.
 * 9. **Contact Hosting Support:**
    - If you’ve tried all the above and the issue persists, it might be related
      to your server configuration. Contact your hosting provider for assistance.
 * Let me know if any of these steps resolve the issue or if you need further assistance!
