# Elementor Editor Panel not loading

 * Hi, I had an issue with the editor panel not loading the widgets. I could click
   on existing sections and widgets and edit them fine, but whenever I clicked the
   Global widgets panel though nothing would load except for the little search bar.
   The history and revision buttons didn’t work either.
 * By a process of elimination it turned out to be your plugin. I was only using
   it for one particular icon that I can’t anywhere else so it’s not a major problem
   if I can no longer use it.
 * I’m curious though, do you have any idea what could cause this aside from a conflict
   with another plugin (likely I think). I use the plugin on other sites with a 
   similar set up (and same server) and no issue there so I’m just curious. I’ve
   just updated it and same issue so for the moment I’ll leave it deactivated. However
   if you know why this has occured it would be helpful as I’d like to use that 
   icon again!

   to us & I am sorry for the late appearance.
 * Before going further, would you please perform the below steps to troubleshoot
   the issue:
 * Hosting companies usually limit the memory, which is exceeded by Elementor when
   you have too many add-on plugins installed. So having HappyAddons along with 
   other 3rd party addons can cause the memory limit to be exceeded. Which can potentially
   lead to the loading issues on the Elementor editing panel?
 * Here is a guideline on how you can increase the memory limit.
    1. Please increase
   your `WP_MEMORY` & `WP_MAX_MEMORY` by adding the below codes on your wp-config.
   php file
 *     ```
       define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '512M' );    
       define( 'WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT', '512M' );
       ```
   
 * After increasing the limit, you can use HappyAddons or other 3rd party solutions
   without any issues. I would also highly recommend using our widget control panel
   to [deactivate unused widgets of HappyAddons](http://prntscr.com/10pr0ff) and
   avoid the loading issue. It’s also recommended to disable unused widgets for 
   any other third-party plugin/addons.
