 * Quick advice: should we disable Elementor/Settings/Performance/Element Cache?
   Currently set by default to 1 Day. Thank you
    - Elementor 3.32.4
    - Super Cache 5.1.5
    - Cloudflare activated

 * Yes, it’s a good practice to disable other caching mechanisms when you’re using
   a dedicated caching plugin.
 * In your case, since you’re already using **Super Page Cache** and **Cloudflare**,
   you can safely disable Elementor’s internal _Element Cache_ option. Letting multiple
   caching systems overlap can sometimes cause inconsistent results or outdated 
   content to appear.
 * Keeping Super Page Cache and Cloudflare active together is sufficient for optimal
   performance.
