First and foremost try to identify what is breaking things by just disabling CSS or JS or HTML or Image optimization (incl. lazyload). Based on that we can see what the next steps need to be 🙂

So, we figured out how to reproduce the error but not why.
As we are using a multi-site environment, the problem only occurs when autoptimize is set on the network level.
Once we activate the settings on a website level, we don’t have the issue anymore…
So we have a workaround for now but there is still a bug somewhere.
well, as suggested earlier to be able to troubleshoot the first step would be in identifying what general option (CSS optimization or JS or HTML or …) causes this on network level. once we know that, we can dig in deeper?
