    Hi @scienceuokerbala,

    So, if this plugin is deactivated and your site is using the default theme Header, the issue doesn’t exist?

    Please have a look at this doc and see if that doc can help you to find what causes the issue on the template you are using as the Header.

    I hope it will help.
