Elementor Header & Footer Builder

I am building a website using the Kadence theme and have installed the Elementor Header & Footer Builder plugin to create a custom header. I am trying to achieve the following Layout for the navigation menu:

• The main menu should be displayed as a horizontal menu on desktop devices (so that the visitors can see the menu items)
• On tablet and mobile devices, the submenu should be opened with the layout option “flyout”. However, it seems that the flyout menu cannot be used just for mobile and table only.
• I am also having problems making the hamburger menu span the entire width of the page-despite enabling full width permissions.

Any help or advice on what I could be doing wrong would be much appreciated.
