 * Hello,
 * I’m currently going through the lovely tasks of ticking of the Google Site Speed
   issues and looking to tackle the;
 * “Ensure text remains visible during webfont load”
 * Would this plugin be suitable to tick this off?
 * Also I’m currently using Elementor Pro on most / all of my sites and did a quick
   search on the forums but couldn’t find anything about it.
 * Would installing the plugin have any issues conflicting does anyone know?
 * I imagine if I turn off the Elementor fonts and use this and only set the plugin
   up to use my desired fonts – I could run into issues if I ever wanted to use
   any new fonts on that particular site in the future without pre loading them
   again? or maybe even just in general with the site builder as a whole?
 * Thanks for any help in advance
 * Regards
 * -Jordan

 * Hi Jordan,
 * Yes, this plugin can help resolve font-display issue you mention.
 * I’ve tested it with Elementor in the past and OMGF was perfectly able to detect
   and replace the fonts with local copies on-the-fly. Without changing the setting
   in Elementor.
 * So, give it a try! I can’t imagine any issues you’d run into. Sure, if you’d
   ever changes fonts in Elementor, you’d have to download and generate a new stylesheet.
   But that makes sense, doesn’t it?

 * Thanks for the quick reply Daan,
 * I’ll give it a go in a few hours when I get chance and I’ll report back if I
   run into any problems!

 * Quick update… I downloaded the plugin & ran the configuration.
 * The only fonts I needed other than ‘open sans’ which comes automatically was
   Poppins.
 * I did the test blog post page load and it found ‘poppins’
 * However then when I clicked ‘Download Fonts’ I got the following Error;
 * Error: 400 – No fonts or subsets selected.
 * I had 2 versions of Poppins found which both had their boxes ticked.
 * Just as a side note. None of the basic settings such as ‘Use Web Font Loader’
   or ‘remove version parameter’. Is there any of those you would recommend could
   be ticked to increase optimisation
 * I also run WP Rocket on my sites, not sure if that would have any effect on any
   of these font issues – or if that would already be removing version parameters
   etc

 * What do you mean? Did Poppins appear twice as found fonts? And did you check
   their subsets?

 * I’ve configured WP Rocket with OMGF plenty of times. It doesn’t affect OMGF’s
   functioning as far as I know.
