# Elementor Loading Issue

 * Hello,
 * We are currently using the Essential Addons for Elementor and Essential Addons
   for Elementor – Pro plugins in conjunction with the Elementor Pro plugin.
 * Unfortunately, we have encountered an Elementor page loading error specifically
   when the Essential Addons for Elementor and its Pro plugin are activated.

 * We would greatly appreciate it if you could provide guidance or assistance in
   resolving this issue.
 * Please note that we are using the licensed version of the Elementor plugin.

   Hope you are doing well.
 * Thanks for sharing the screenshot with us. Actually, the **‘Elementor getting
   Stuck’** error is normally caused due to a website having low memory. You can
   check your memory limit by navigating to **wp-admin -> Elementor -> System Info**.

 * You can install this following plugin on your website to take care of this: [https://d.pr/f/D3Dik2](https://d.pr/f/D3Dik2)
 * If that doesn’t work, make sure to increase the memory limit. To increase the
   memory limit you will have to modify the **wp-config.php** file of yours. Just
   above this line ” /* That’s all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */” add this following
   line of code:
 * **_define(‘WP\_MEMORY\_LIMIT’, ‘512M’);_**
 * You would find the **wp-config.php** file under your WordPress directory.

 * If that doesn’t work, please deactivate the Essential Addons elements you are
   not using especially the Dynamic Elements.
