Right…. is there somewhere else I should go for support on this issue?
Hi,
Usually this is caused by not meeting all requirements, most of the time it is the memory limit that is too low on the host.
Please check if all requirements are met in your system
https://elementor.com/help/requirements/
I notice you are using this theme:
https://themeforest.net/item/auros-furniture-elementor-woocommerce-theme/22873765
Looks like this is a theme that has Elementor incorporated (bad idea), so that usual means you depend on the theme’s author to get the most recent updates of Elementor. Can you see Elementor in the plugins sections, and can you update Elementor yourself?
That theme was last updated 3 May 21, so no updates for 8 months!!
It says it is only tested for compatibility with WordPress core 4.9 and the most recent version is 5.8.1!
Chances are, that you have these issues, because not all is up-to-date as well?
Are all plugins and WordPress core up to date?
I use the free OceanWP theme, that gets updates all the time and has great support.

By the way, if you do not get answers quickly over here, there is also: https://forum.elementor.com/
The quite extensive documentation might help as well:

Thanks @logologics
– Server Requirements are correct
– Theme inherited
– everything WP up to date
I think one of the icons isn’t loading before the javascript. undefined means a variable has been set, but not given a value… I’ll try over at the other forum
Thank you for looking
@tye
You’re welcome and good luck!
