    Dear Elementor Team,

We would like to implement updates on our website, however, some plugins cannot be updated. Additionally, the website crashes when we try to increase the Elementor PHP limit. The response from the hosting provider was that this is not an error related to the hosting service, so they suggested reaching out to the Elementor team.

Would you be able to assist us with this?

    Hi

Can you please confirm if the plugin that is not being updated is Elementor plugin?

The PHP memory limit is a value in your server and not in Elementor plugin. This is a server related query if you wish to increase the PHP Memory limit. Here is a doc for this – https://blog.hubspot.com/website/wordpress-php-memory-limit

I would need ore details about the exact issue that you are facing. Is it the Low PHP Memory limit or is it that Elementor is not updating?

If the Elementor plugin is not updating then please delete it and re-install it from plugins page and it should get your the latest version on your site.

For the PHP Memory Limit, I have already shared the process that you can follow in the article.
