 * Will this plugin’s conditions get exported when you go to Elementor Template -
   > Export? If not, is there any way to export the rules or do we have to manually
   recreate them?

 * Hello [@95193-1](https://wordpress.org/support/users/95193-1/),
    this Plugin 
   uses the Elementor controls so you can export on Elementor Template and export
   this settings too.
 * On the page where you import, everything have to be exactly the same, or you 
   have to select the Dynamic Tag again. (like when you changed the custom field)
