# Elementor Update – Type Error

 * Hello guys, i need your help.
    I`m using the Elementor Version 3.0.14. It seems
   like Elemntor is updating automatically even if i have “automatic updates” disabled.
   After the update my Website has some issues and i get a type error in the console.
   Anybody has an idea how to fix that?
 * “Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘data’ of null.

 * Just reinstall old version elementor, i have a lot of issues withe the 3.1 version.
   
   I use the 3.0.16 version what is working correctly.

 * Kindly perform the below troubleshooting steps, and feel free to skip what you
   already tried:
 * Please switch your theme (temporarily) and see if it makes any difference.
 * Please also regenerate the CSS via Elementor > Tools > Regenerate CSS on your
   WordPress Dashboard, then make sure that you clear:
 * your WP cache (your WP plugin if you have one),
    your server cache (if you have
   one. In this case, you can contact your hosting provider), and your browser cache.

 * This is very frustrating. This is still happening to me. I can’t update any site
   to this new version since 3.1.
