* Hi,
* This issue is usually caused by a conflict with another plugin or with a script
inserted within the theme.
* To troubleshoot this issue, follow these instructions:
* Make sure your Elementor version is updated.
* From your WordPress dashboard, navigate to Elementor > Settings > Experiments.
Change all of the experiments to Inactive. Click Save Changes.
* Enable Safe Mode. If this solves the problem, then the issue is most likely a
result of an incompatible theme or plugin. Try switching a theme or deactivating
all of your plugins (except Elementor). Then turn them on one by one to find
which plugin is causing the issue.
* If Safe Mode didn’t help, follow further troubleshooting steps in [this article](https://elementor.com/help/safe-mode-not-solving-problem/).
