# Elementor widgets missing

 * I have copied a website to so i can make some changes to it before reuploading
   to the live domain.
 * I can’t seemb to add any new widgets to the pages. I can edit existing ones but
   when I try to add a new one, there are no options listed under “elements”.
   (see
   image below)
 * The site uses Elementor and i see a message saying that **Your license key doesn’t
   match your current domain**. This is most likely due to a change in the domain
   URL. Please deactivate the license and then reactivate it again.
 * Would this make a difference?

 * A licence key is only required for Elementor PRO, the paid version of the Elementor
   plugin. And I see evidence of your site using Elementor PRO.
 * Please login to your **Elementor.com account** and use their official support
   to request help: **[https://my.elementor.com/](https://my.elementor.com/)**
 * The WordPress support forum can only answer questions about Elementor, the free
   version, and not Elementor PRO (or any other commercial plugin or theme).

 * I disabled Elementor Pro and all the elements are now showing.
