# Elementskit ugly header while loading

 * I have a website Moniker1 whose header is built with Elementskit on shop pages
   while moving from one page to another page for a few seconds during loading a
   new page the header turns ugly and it doesn’t look good at all. You can check
   the screenshot here

 * I have checked your website. It is now in a [maintenance mood](https://d.pr/i/GC0LdM/fI6hv1prmN).
   That’s why I can’t check the issue. But so far I understand, the issue can happen
   due to caches. If you are using any caching plugin on your site, then please 
   clear the caches from your site and browser as well. if possible, keep it disabled
   for some time and then check. Most often, this happens due to caching, I hope
   the problem will be solved right after that.

 * I had a similar problem with the homepage admin aswell and you provided me the
   CSS code which works well. Cache is not a problem as i always do testing on guest
   and on incognito mode. Let me disable maintenance mode for you to check. If any
   CSS code you have it would be a great help

    Hope you 
   are doing fine. Could you please run a conflict test on your site to determine
   what actually causes the issue?
 * To do so, first of all, switch your theme to a default theme like 2020 or Hello
   Elementor and check if the issue still persists. If that solves your issue, that
   means the issue is related to the theme you are using.
 * If switching to the default theme also doesn’t help, then please check if there
   are any conflicts between the installed plugin. To troubleshoot the issue, please
   deactivate other plugins except for ShopEngine, Elementor, ElementsKit, and Woocommerce
   and check if the issue still persists. If that solves your problem, activate 
   the plugins one by one, and continue checking the issue In this way you will 
   be able to detect which one causes the problem.
 * Let me know your findings after performing the conflict test. If the issue persists
   even after that, let me know. I will take a closer look at this issue and help
   you to find a solution as soon as possible.
