 * Hi,
 * First great plugin and it helps me alot in some issues but i’m still getting 
   an issue like after Minifying css file it’s generating a css file by combining
   whole css file lik: /…23ae7bcbeb651d2ba5ec/1517929275index.css
 * and on developers.google.com and on other trusted speed testing website it’s 
   still showing eleminate render Blocking css and saying “Your page has 1 blocking
   CSS resources. This causes a delay in rendering your page.”
 * how can i overcomes this issue through this plugin as after this plugin i can’t
   add my custom directives to htaccess
