# Eliminate render-blocking JavaScript and CSS

 * When I used PSNinja on my dev machine for this site, it worked great. However
   after moving the site to the live server (with the Duplicator plugin), Eliminate
   render-blocking JavaScript and CSS, Minify JavaScript, and Size tap targets no
   longer work. In settings, render blocking switches are red and the others are
   orange. A view source easily confirms at least the render blocking part. I made
   sure to clear the cache, and I even tried deactivating/uninstalling PSNinja, 
   but those items still don’t work.
 * Can you guys think of any reason this would happen??? Is there something I need
   to check?

 * Forgot to mention: In case it makes a difference, both machines run Windows. 
   Dev machine is Windows 10 Pro; live server is Windows Server 2008 R2.
