 * ** i installed ElSa-grabber plugin version 4.0.5 but its not working getting 
   this error
    Fatal error: Call-time pass-by-reference has been removed in /home/
   wefrends/public_html/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/elsa-grabber/ring/class.parser.
   php on line 22

 * I had same problem. Fixed when I downgraded to php v5.3 or 5.2.
    as of post time
   version ELSA GRABBER v. 4.0.5 nor compatible with php 5.4>.
