EM causing Navigation Problems

The craziest thing, everything is working great, it’s a great plugin. But, for whatever reason it is causing my footer navigation titles to all say events, or if on a event page, lets say Bill Cosby, all the links will say Bill Cosby (whatever the title is of the event). The href doesn’t change but just the title of the link.
